Our mission is to advise members in executing M&A deal in emerging brands and companies. We advise investments through a club deal approach, bringing the best possible combination of international financial and strategic talents, to offer a unique smart capital support to our partners/entrepreneurs. We look for: i) proven concepts with at least 10 sites or 10 € million in revenues ii) passionate, honest and ambitious entrepreneurs looking for support to achieve their goals iii) back authentic concepts and companies with a great brand and solid growth path ahead iv) companies with a competitive positioning among their peers and international potential v) solid economics, with quick payback period on investments vi) socially and environmentally sustainable BIC leverage a unique network of international members, among which CEOs, entrepreneurs or former private equity partners, capable to understand the business logics and growth drivers with the ultimate goal to support companies to achieve their goals. The Club flexible and expert approach helps to stand out from the rest of the financial community as it allows a patient, expert and bespoke approach.
