We can give up to everything except goodness We do believe it, for real. We have grown up surrounded by eggs, flour, raisins and orange rinds. We do believe that the genuineness of raw materials and the respect of the original recipe are the most important ingredients for the creation of the real Panettone. We do believe that a meticulous attention to production processes, together with high professionalism, can only lead to the fulfillment of superior quality products. We do believe that quality is the result of commitment and passion. We do believe in the art of doing things well, that’s why we only use sourdough in our products. We do believe in patience, in natural leavening. We do believe that the only secret is the love for tradition. Almost 100 years have passed and we have produced hundreds of thousands of panettoni, all with the same passion and craftmanship. All with the original recipe of great-great-grandfather Pietro. Si può rinunciare a tutto, ma non alla bontà Ci crediamo, davvero. Del resto siamo cresciuti circondati da uova, farina, uvetta e scorzette di arancia. Crediamo che la genuinità delle materie prime ed il rispetto della ricetta originale siano gli ingredienti più importanti per la creazione del vero Panettone. Crediamo che una scrupolosa attenzione ai processi produttivi, unita ad un’altissima professionalità, non possano che portare alla realizzazione di prodotti di qualità superiore. Crediamo che la qualità sia figlia dell’impegno e della passione. Crediamo nella nell'arte di fare bene le cose, per questo nei nostri prodotti viene utilizzato solo il lievito madre. Crediamo nella pazienza, nella lievitazione naturale. Crediamo che l'unico segreto sia l'amore per la tradizione.
