Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering positive youth development through one-to-one mentoring relationships in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. We connect children facing adversity with adult volunteers, creating lasting connections that build confidence, improve educational outcomes, and promote healthy behaviors. With a history dating back to 1957 and a dedicated team of 55 staff and volunteers, we operate across multiple locations, including Bellevue and Tacoma, serving a diverse community of children and families. We partner with parents, guardians, and the wider community to ensure each child in our program experiences meaningful growth and positive change.
