Big Dog Taekwon-Do is a leading family-oriented martial arts school based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, dedicated to fostering healthier, safer, and stronger communities through the practice of ITF Taekwon-Do. Since 2005, we’ve provided a unique and engaging environment for individuals, couples, parents, children, and teens to develop self-defense skills, improve their fitness, and cultivate valuable character traits. As the only United States Taekwon-Do Federation (USTF) certified school in the Greater Grand Rapids area, we uphold the highest standards of instruction and adhere to the USTF curriculum. Our classes integrate strength training, conditioning, and cardiovascular workouts alongside traditional Taekwon-Do techniques, emphasizing the core tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.
