The agency is based out of offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Torquay and works alongside South West, National & Globally placed clients in a wide variety of marketplaces including; leisure and tourism, sports & culture, local government, charity, education, construction, Biotech, Finance and SMEs. The team comprises of 40+ marketing professionals including account managers, graphic designers, social media managers, paid media managers, SEO managers and web developers. This breadth of experience and internal resource ensures the smooth delivery of projects. As both a Google Partner and Facebook Marketing Partner, Bigwave are well placed to help businesses grow and were nominated for a 2020 European Search Awards for their work with Paignton Zoo in Devon. Bigwave work closely with South West organisations to provide employment and workplace opportunities and have been awarded accreditation for offering European work experience by TTPL in South Devon. Other programmes include university internships, university and college lectures, student mentoring and work experience placements. The agency invests in the South West business economy and supports regional charities through the Bigwave Business Games, a series of events the agency run that attracts businesses from a variety of South West sectors to take part in networking and competitive events. Three separate tournaments run each year across Exeter, Plymouth & Torquay, raising over £32,000 for charity.
