Bike me up’ is the happy realization of Vangelis and John’s idea for the creation and organization of cycling tours on the most beautiful corners of Greece. So come, with love and respect for the environment, to explore and enjoy Greek nature Our cycling tours consist of small groups (a maximum of 10 people) so as to ensure the character of a personal experience in every moment of the tour The Greek mountains offer landscapes of incomparable beauty while, at the same time, they provide oxygen and shade during the hot summer months. However, all these can be enjoyed by first reaching an altitude of about 900 meters where forests usually start growing. The bicycles of bike me up help riders to cycle up to this altitude with great ease and without fatigue so that they can be quite relaxed to explore and truly enjoy the forest when they reach it. The outings of bike me up do not only address to athletes or people with excellent physical condition, but to all people and ages. Any average person, who follows the modern lifestyle (urban, sedentary work, low exercise levels) in their everyday lives, can without much effort cover 25-35 km in Greek forest roads on the electric power-assisted bicycles of pedelec type which we have chosen for our tours. Our extensive riding experience in the Greek mountains, has given us the necessary specialty and knowledge to respond to any simple or complex, technical or rescue problem which might occur in any cycling route. We are accredited by MIAS (Mountain-Bike Instructors Award Scheme) http://mountainbikeinstructor.com/ and RTI (Rescue Training International) http://rescuetraining.gr/en/ .
