Biljana is a writer with a B.A. in Law and M.A. in Psychology, and over 15 years of experience in management of people and projects in an international environment. She likes investing her spare time in mastering psychology, especially in topics about teams in organizations, organizational justice, and employee well-being. Biljana has a certificate for mentoring girls and facilitating Girls’ Circles from the ‘Journey of Young Women’ educational community, looking to spread a positive message for girls’ empowerment and coming of age. Biljana is the author of Understand & Disempower the Bully: You Are Good As You Are, a book about getting in touch with the power in one’s life and building balanced relationships. She is living her life passion by crafting beautiful stories for special people. Apart from psychology, Biljana also has a passion for IT and technology and writes for a number of emerging startups and established businesses on topics such as digital transformation, marketing, web and mobile app development, virtual work, engineering, access control, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
