bimdl

bimdl empowers both property owners and their occupants with intelligence and insights, revealing the human impact on our buildings with key performance metrics, augmented with crowdsourced information that personalises what we understand about every building. Discover corrective maintenance opportunities, consolidate all data facets, and communicate tenant needs. Our team works on the complex challenges that come with property lifecycle management and analytics, on a product that creates a real impact on the millions of occupants that reside or use our buildings. We work collaboratively in an agile environment, inclusive of occupants and property owners, and actively encourage user participation to overcome shared obstacles; we live by Product Led Growth. Headquartered in sunny England, in the ‘heart’ of the Northern Powerhouse, bimdl is a rapidly growing start-up that operates on a fully remote basis. Spread throughout the UK & Europe our team casts a wide net across a multitude of locations, cultures and backgrounds. Combining our rich diversity and experiences to double down on a cause we all believe in. bimdl's core values are to be brave, challenge, fight, do, fail, and adapt. Cause driven individuals with respect, transparency, collaboration with all engagements. Values that are shared with our users as well as within the team. We hate apathy and bureaucracy that hinders doing things the right way. We love to spitfire value, with rapid prototyping, and success is measured by the value we create for our users.
