We celebrate the people who believe in better. Blackbird is a woman-owned, B Corp Employee Benefits Consulting firm In Portland, Oregon. Founded in September of 2018, our goal is to break the cookie-cutter mold and dusty convention of the broker industry, and work with mission-driven companies that want to bring more emphasis on human connection and inclusion into their benefit programs. Real talk: we know we are never going to make insurance sexy, but we believe we can create a better human experience.
