Blackburn Consulting provides geotechnical, geo-environmental, construction and forensic services throughout Northern California. We specialize in geotechnical design/construction evaluation and provide recommendations for transportation projects, levees and dams, water and wastewater, structures, parks and recreation and geologic hazards. Our staff includes civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, geologists, engineering geologists, field and laboratory technicians, drafters, resident engineers, inspectors, material testers and support staff.
