Blackrock Neurotech is a pioneering medical technology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, dedicated to restoring function and independence to individuals with neurological disorders. We engineer the next generation of implantable brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, including the Utah Array and NeuroPort Array, partnering with over 500 global institutions. Our BCI is the most sophisticated and long-tested human BCI, interfacing with the brain and empowering independence in those with paralysis & other neurological disorders since 2004. Dozens of patients have used our BCI for a collective 30,000+ days to regain freedom through movement and communication. MoveAgain, our first commercial BCI, received a Breakthrough Designation from the FDA in 2021 and is expected to be commercially available in 2023.
