Our agents are extensively trained in psychological de-escalation, proper use-of-force, self-defense, chemical defense weapons (i.e. pepper spray), impact weapons (i.e. baton), electronic disruption weapons (i.e. taser), and firearms. Our agents are also trained for active shooters, breeching, room clearing, and riot control. The founder of Blackwatch is a Marine Corps veteran and has worked in the industry since 1994. After working for different companies and not finding one that operates to its full potential, the founder started Blackwatch. We believe in transparency and honesty in our dealings with clients as well as our personnel. We are insured and licensed and those documents are readily available upon request. Although our training is proprietary and closely guarded, we do allow our clients to sit in on training to see just what they're paying for.
