Blue Point Yoga

Blue Point Yoga is a Durham, North Carolina-based wellness center dedicated to fostering a thriving community through yoga and mindfulness practices.

For over 16 years, we’ve cultivated a welcoming space where individuals and families can deepen their connection to themselves and their well-being. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and functional movement, informed by our studio owner and Duke Anatomy faculty member, Sara Doyle, PhD.

We offer a diverse range of classes, including yoga, massage, prenatal sessions, childbirth education, and doula services, alongside teacher trainings and corporate yoga programs. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a supportive environment, ensuring every client feels valued and enriched.
