Boise State Venture College

Boise State Venture College is an educational institution located in Boise, Idaho, dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and empowering students and community members to transform their innovative ideas into thriving businesses. As part of the College of Innovation + Design at Boise State University, we provide comprehensive resources, including workshops, pitch competitions, and incubator programs, to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the startup ecosystem. We support students from all majors, alongside community members, with a passion for building their own ventures. In 2023, Venture College facilitated the launch of 213 new business ideas and awarded $87,700 in non-dilutive seed funding, demonstrating our commitment to driving economic impact within the Idaho community. Our programs, such as the Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge and Venture College Grant Program, provide invaluable support and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs.
