Used since ancient times for many medicinal herbal preparations. Pure essential oils maintain the balance of body, mind, heart and spirit. What we do to secure the best in potency is twofold: we grow the best plant varieties with precision agriculture and we use very sophisticated technologies to distill and store their precious oils. Organic quality fresh Greek herb flavours & aromas. Essential oils are what gives a plant its characteristic odour and contain the healing power of the plant from which it was extracted. Respect for our planet Respect for our home planet means making the best of its resources in a sustainable way. Hence our organic farming practices: chemical residues can harm natural environment as much as our health. Organic though is just scratching the surface! To optimise our all-natural produce we rely on our laboratory for soil, water and plant tissue analysis to monitor the exact balance of micronutrients we need. Our estate at Epanomi, in northern Greece, is an excellent terroir for herbal plants. To intervene when only necessary, we regularly collect precious data on precipitation, air temperature, humidity, and temperatures from our weather station on site. Our spreaders and cultivators are GPS equipped to allow for precision when and where we need to enhance the natural fertility or humidity of the soil.
