Through the prism of a cocktail glass, Bourne & Co. Cocktails are here to create a vibe, mixing remnants of the past with a more convivial era. We are here to bring back the craftmanship of bartending that we lost somewhere along the way. Developed in sacred remembrance of the ‘Good old days’ when bartending was an exact science and your troubles could be forgotten at any corner. We are a small team of independent professionals operating an independent Cocktail-Cafe hidden away deep in the heart of Birmingham city centre. We serve all manner of drinks aswell as food through Pop-Up restaurant. With over 30yrs collective hospitality experience between our team, Bourne & Co. Cocktails launched in 2015 as a pop-up speakeasy hidden bar, over time we have adjusted ourselves in order to provide a more permanent cocktail offering for Birmingham city with a ‘approachable but serious cocktail bar’.
