Breast Cancer Angels is a dedicated nonprofit organization providing critical financial and emotional support to individuals and families battling breast cancer in Southern California. Founded in 1999 and operating as a 501(c)(3), we address the significant financial hardships often associated with cancer treatment, offering immediate assistance with essential needs like housing, transportation, groceries, and medical co-pays. Our services are designed to alleviate the burden of these expenses, allowing patients and their loved ones to focus on their health and well-being. We operate regionally, serving communities in Orange County, Long Beach/South Bay, Los Angeles, and San Diego, with a growing reach into the Inland Empire. With a team of 7 dedicated staff and a strong volunteer base, Breast Cancer Angels provides a lifeline of support, distributing over $600,000 annually through our Angel Dues program and direct assistance. We are committed to ensuring that no one facing breast cancer has to choose between treatment and basic necessities, embodying a mission of compassion and resilience within the healthcare landscape. We partner with Fidelity Charitable and other organizations to maximize our impact and provide a holistic approach to patient support. Our goal is to empower those affected by breast cancer to navigate their journey with dignity and strength.
