BRG Legal is the estate planning and elder law practice of Britton Ryan Garon. In 2021, after a pandemic year of protecting, caring for, and more intentionally enjoying her family, Britton decided to refocus her priorities and start her own firm. BRG Legal was born from a desire to be more directly involved with clients, responsive to their needs, and compassionate to their situations. BRG Legal is a law practice focused on estate planning and elder law services. We guide our clients in the preparation of their necessary legal documents such as: wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance health care directives. We assist in asset protection strategies and MaineCare (Medicaid) planning. We advise on long-term care planning, facility placements, and Medicaid eligibility and applications. We are a community-minded, family oriented, inviting firm entirely focused on helping clients take care of themselves and those they love. The mission is to see every client orchestrate and live out their ‘perfect’ lives, whatever ‘perfect’ looks like for each individual. We know what it is like to face a family illness, an aging parent, and begin the often difficult conversations around mortality. Our objective is to make the entire process less stressful and less confusing. We want to arm our clients with the information they need to take charge, make decisions, and move forward, whatever that may look like in the situation.
