Bridges Community Support Services, Inc. is a Central Florida mental health and community support organization dedicated to helping individuals access personalized behavioral health care and practical resources. Since 2014, our team has provided services designed to support emotional well-being, stability, independence, and community integration. Our services include clinical assessments, medication management, individual and family counseling, trauma support groups, peer support, targeted case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, support and advocacy, housing assistance, and transitional psychiatric discharge support. We work with individuals to connect them with essential healthcare, social services, housing resources, and community programs based on their unique needs and goals.
