Bridges Outcomes Partnerships

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We work in partnership to help radically improve human services and environmental initiatives - improving outcomes for citizens and the planet, and value for society. So far, together with partners, we have supported over 80 Outcomes Partnerships to date, creating over £176m worth of outcomes globally for over 600,000 people (and an estimated £1.3bn worth of public value in the UK). Bridges Outcomes Partnerships brings together experts in policy, programme management, and impact measurement to help local and central Government commissioners achieve better outcomes for people it serves, as well as better value for public money.
