Bridget's ASL

Bridget’s ASL is a community interest company dedicated to providing inclusive employment opportunities and day care services for young adults with Down syndrome or additional needs in London and beyond. Established in 2017, we operate Bridget’s Café, a welcoming space offering delicious homemade food and training, alongside our Bridget’s ASL Training Academy, which equips individuals with valuable life and work skills. We champion a supportive community where individuals can thrive, fostering independence, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

Our commitment extends to creating a truly inclusive environment, offering tailored programs and services that empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are a leading provider of SEN support, employment, and community engagement, driven by a passion for transforming lives and building a more equitable society. We currently employ four individuals with Down syndrome or additional needs and 13 other young adults with additional needs, supported by eight dedicated staff members.

Our Stratford location, opened in 2019, represents a significant step forward in our mission to expand access to meaningful opportunities.
