BSBC Zaxbys

BSBC Zaxbys is a privately held restaurant group operating 12 Zaxby’s locations across Central Florida. We specialize in delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience, focusing on high-quality chicken finger meals and Southern-inspired sides. Founded in 2016 by Boris Ochsenius, Shaun Morris, Blake Fletcher, and Cotton Fletcher, our team is dedicated to fostering a strong community and providing top-tier service to our guests.

Our core mission is to build a thriving business by investing in our team members and upholding the Zaxby’s brand standards. Shaun Morris, our Operating Partner, brings decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having started his career with Zaxby’s and overseeing numerous locations across the Southeast. Blake Fletcher, as Chief Futurist and Managing Partner, focuses on strategic development and community engagement, while Cotton Fletcher contributes his family’s legacy of agricultural and construction expertise.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to local partnerships and community involvement, demonstrated through volunteer work with organizations like SFC CIED, Guardian Ad Litem NCF, and the Newberry-Jonesville Chamber of Commerce. We are dedicated to creating an ‘encore experience’ for every guest and team member, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and community impact.
