Since 2009 the company has experienced a significant transformation with fortune 1,000 standards being implemented under the ownership of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. from 2009 to 2015; enhanced systems, process, and people development under the ownership of the current management team since their acquisition of the company in 2015; and most recently via an acceleration in capital investment via a partnership with Fourshore Capital (Fourshore Capital) in March of 2022.
