CAI - Utah Chapter

The Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute is Utah’s premier resource for community association professionals, volunteers, and homeowners. We empower approximately 3,500 associations and over 350,000 association households across the state by providing vital education, advocacy, and networking opportunities. As a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, we focus on supporting the growth and sustainability of community associations through resources addressing critical issues like water mitigation, risk management, and insurance. With over 20 years of service, the Utah Chapter of CAI is dedicated to elevating the standards of community association management and fostering thriving communities throughout Utah.
