Established in 1977, we serve over 1100 members, including homeowners, community managers, and business partners, providing vital education, advocacy, and resources. As a chapter of the national Community Associations Institute (CAI), we focus on fostering harmonious and thriving communities through best practices and legislative support. Our mission is to connect communities through education, advocacy, and service, ensuring the continued success and vitality of homeowner associations throughout the region.
