In the heart of the Roman Castles, where the viticultural culture and the passion for the traditions of the past keep their flavor intact, the Silvestri cellars originate. The story was born in 1929 in the municipality of Genzano di Roma, where its founder Alfredo Silvestri gave life to the vinification and bottling of the wines of the Roman Castles. Passion, as well as experience and professionalism, have been handed down from father to son and today the Silvestri wineries are led by their son Dante, his wife Beatrice and his nephew Alfredo. The new and modern structure, in the municipality of Lanuvio, is situated on the sunny hills of the Roman Castles from whose slopes rises the sea breeze that mitigates the summer heat, thus becoming the natural secret of the savory and full-bodied blends of our wines.
