Each member of Capital Edvantage is passionate and committed to going the extra mile when supporting your employees; it is vital for us to build strong rapports and create a personal and welcoming environment for all service users. We ensure that our File Ownership process allows each service user to have their very own consultant throughout their journey with Capital Edvantage. As a result of our exposure to a broad range of complex mental health issues (domestic violence, abuse, severe mental illness etc) and working with rehabilitation members: we have made the decision to protect the safety and identity of our employees by prohibiting any online association with Capital Edvantage, or any of our locations. There is one clear mission here at Capital Edvantage; to tear down every taboo surrounding the acceptance, celebration and nurturing of employee well-being. Through a combination of technical solutions and holistic approaches, we are devoted to changing the way the world works - one employee at a time. Capital Edvantage is home to a group of individuals who genuinely care about the quality of life each employee experiences. We're not just a business; we're a family. The birth of our brand was a direct result of our drive to bridge the gap between exceptional mental health and the workplace, whilst ensuring that employees feel encouraged to embrace and combine their authenticity in all areas of their life - personally and professionally.
