As a values driven company we have worked tirelessly with both service users and employees to enhance our positive culture. This underpins the service which we provide in which continuity of care and a person centred approach are paramount. Fully regulated by those that matter: We have developed a core strategy in line with regulations set out by both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Worcestershire County Council. We have built upon our solid foundations to facilitate compliance with developing standards. Our last report was in 2012, the results of which gave us the highest possible rating.
