Career Service - Politecnico di Milano

Since 2005 the Career Service (www.careerservice.polimi.it) provides consultancy on employer branding and campus recruitment services to companies interested in targeting the students of Politecnico di Milano (www.polimi.it), Italy’s top technical University. Politecnico di Milano offers MSc and BSc courses in Engineering, Architecture and Design and PhD programs. From 2014 all Master programs will be taught in English. This is especially true when it comes to hiring profiles for which there is large demand on the job market, such as engineers, designers and architects. The Career Service focuses on the employers to provide everything they need – from employer branding plans and student data analysis to campus recruitment - to get their message across to the right target. Thanks to carefully planned campus events (job fairs, panel discussions, interview days, etc.) and online services (job boards, banners) provided by the Career Service, hundreds of companies have successfully increased their employer brand awareness and even recruited directly on campus. The International Division of the Career Service develops solutions to suit the various needs of non Italian employers, with strong business and multi-cultural awareness.
