Casachef

Casachef is a social meal sharing platform. With Casachef we want to provide a digital platform to easily organize Casachef events: meet up with friends or new people in the real world to cook, eat and to talk away. As a student clique we did this many times: Invite people over to cook and eat delicious, healthy and often simple and affordable dishes. And sometimes even with a little more effort to cook a really fance dinner - depending on the budget and mood. Often friends brought other friends: New partners, Erasmus students, couch surfer: open minded people. This way we always got to know new people in a private, social and relaxed atmosphere. Usually, upcoming events were already planed before the current one ended. Many had ideas for new dishes - always international and colorful. No matter which - these events were always culinary events of the special kind with nice, hospitable, interesting new people and everyone felt at home. Overall, we have had so many positive experiences, that we made the descision to carry out our favorit way to dine into the world, where people can get in touch easily and to learn so many great new stories and meeting friends - like we did many times before. Eating together overcomes any border - regardless of there nature, such as culture, age, habits. "Welcome to my table"​ is not simply our motto. but our true vision.So the idea of a web based platform was born to facilitate the organization of such events and create a community to make life a little more social, delicious, healthy and sustainable.
