Welcome! ¡Bienvenido! Bienvenue! Casamona International is a real estate agency founded by Tine Mathiassen and Anette Kragdahl; two friends from Denmark. On arrival to Barcelona they began looking for a nice apartment, but became caught in the net that is Barcelona’s Real Estate market: hundreds of Real Estate agencies providing a poor variety of service with many unattractive houses. They launched Casamona (literally"​ 'cosy house'​) in 2004. We are an International Real Estate company with an edge, and focus on providing a friendly but professional tailored service to both clients and property owners, and working only with the best properties Barcelona has to offer. We pride ourselves on only advertising apartments that we would be happy to live in ourselves! At Casamona International we have worked hard to earn our reputation of excellence and we work hard every single day to maintain it. As the name suggests, we are an international team combining local traditional Spanish spirit with a touristic flavour, and helping people from across the world find a perfect spot for them in the city.
