“Catering Διαμαντής” is a Greek catering business located in Thessaloniki, Greece, that prepares at its own facility ready-to-eat meals, salads, sandwiches and desserts based on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Most of its financial activities are based on wedding catering events and catering services for companies. Catering Διαμαντής prepares and delivers full daily meals at hotels, business employees, schools, and refugee camps. The company certified by QMS CERT L.T.D. for the scope of catering services and ready-to-eat meals over ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, FSSC 22000, HALAL certification. The managers and staff are very sensitive and responsible over certification and its procedures, paying great attention to hygiene and quality. Collaborating with Foundations, public and private Organizations, as well as serving retail, we can produce up to 25000 fresh meals daily, and more than 9000 sandwiches, salads and desserts. Catering Διαμαντής produces mostly "COOK & SERVE"​ meals, still having the capability of producing "COOK & CHILL"​ and "COOK & FREEZE"​ meals.
