Celebration of Life Community Inc. is a Rochester, New York-based human resources organization dedicated to empowering families and supporting student success through targeted educational programs. We provide vital resources and one-on-one tutoring – primarily through our Help Me Read program – alongside the T.I.P.S. initiative, which supports parents and guardians in fostering their children’s academic growth. Our mission is to link individuals, entities, resources, and services, advocating for the holistic betterment of children, families, and the community. Founded by Dr. David Singleton, a retired firefighter and community leader, Celebration of Life Community Inc. has a long history of service and a commitment to building a brighter future for Rochester and beyond. We partner with schools, families, and community organizations to create lasting positive change. We are a 501(c)(3) United Way donor agency, committed to expanding our reach and impact.
