With the name Ceptagon. we - Frank Keuper + Andreas Riedel - make it clear that we are sevenfold focused on C-level (heptagon = heptagon). Together with our contacts at C-level (entrepreneurs + managing directors + supervisory board members) we master the most complex strategically relevant challenges (C-level). Routine tasks are not our speciality. We look at the initial situation, develop promising futures and then help to build the necessary skills, massively accelerate innovation and generate sustainable growth. Our headline was and is growth through innovation. One of our greatest strengths lies in the fact that we ourselves - cumulatively viewed - have had C-level responsibility (C-level management experience and C-level leadership experience) in corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups for over 40 years and are active as consultants at this level (C-level Consulting). We are entrepreneurs, directors and managers. We do what is necessary to increase the success of the company - full stop. As shown by the dot that concludes our name: Ceptagon. According to our clients, our demands on ourselves and the tasks to be solved, we live consulting differently from other strategy consultancies. Our approach is to assume responsibility as a management and executive team in companies operationally - also and especially permanently - in order to implement the necessary targeted transformations. We also help shape corporate change as supervisory boards and active advisory boards. Within the framework of C-level coaching and C-level consulting, we support our clients in the context of strategy + transformation + communication + sales + restructuring. We develop strategic plans and efficiently point the way forward. Our second major strength is that we combine in-depth C-level management experience with scientific know-how at C-level (over 200 specialist publications).
