C. GOUTOS S.A. is a technical company based in Athens, Greece with many years of experience, in the complete design and construction of wind farms including the installation of power networks (underground and overhead power cables), fiber optic networks, grounding networks, automation, and wind turbine electrical works and Field Testing and Measuring like Cable Testing, Protection relay testing, Power quality recording and analysis, Earth resistance measurements and highly advanced equipment. Furthermore our activity extends to the service of wind farms (substations, grids, wind turbines). Our company also has a similar experience in the field of design, installation, and service of photovoltaic power plants. The Chairman and Managing Director of C.Goutos, Mr. Charalambos Goutos, started his career in 1999 as the technical director of C. Rokas SA. and undertook the design and supervision of the construction of energy projects with a total power of ~ 190 MW, as well as the construction of four substations 20/150 kV, 40/50 MVA each and two 150 kV lines. Establishing his own company in 2009 has become one of the most qualified companies in its field with high-quality equipment and highly qualified and educated engineers. By the year 2016, the company became an approved partner of VESTAS and counting numerous collaborations in many projects with TERNA, AKTOR, ELLAKTOR, INTRAKAT, and more.
