China California Heart Watch

China California Heart Watch is a nonprofit organization based in Irvine, California, dedicated to improving cardiovascular health in Yunnan Province, China.

We work to combat the growing epidemic of heart disease by training local healthcare professionals, increasing access to life-saving treatments, and conducting vital research. Our team brings together experts from the United States, China, and around the world, leveraging innovative and sustainable methods to address this critical public health challenge.

Since 2006, the China California Heart Watch has trained over 2,000 village doctors, helped save the lives of over 200 children born with congenital heart defects, and published five peer-review papers. We rely heavily on volunteers and donations to continue our impactful work, providing essential care to impoverished villagers in Yunnan. Our core services include healthcare training, access to treatment, and cardiovascular disease research.
