Christmas Charities Year Round

Christmas Charities Year Round is a longstanding, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life year-round for Madison County residents in need. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, since 1949, we provide essential services and support to low-income families through a variety of programs, including mobile clothing closets, school supply distribution, durable medical equipment provision, and holiday gift donations. We operate a robust recycling program, diverting over 104,000 pounds of textiles from landfills annually, and offer waste-not programs providing valuable medical equipment. CCYR’s commitment extends beyond the holiday season, ensuring consistent support to our community. Founded by Milton K. Cummings, our organization has a rich history of serving Madison County and continues to rely on the generosity of donors and volunteers to fulfill our mission.
