City of Trees is a community forest charity and environmental services organisation based in Greater Manchester, England, dedicated to growing the urban forest across the region through tree planting, woodland management, and community engagement. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Trafford Park, the organisation plants trees for people to create greener, healthier places, boost wellbeing, enhance green skills, and address the climate and biodiversity emergency. City of Trees works with diverse stakeholders—individuals, businesses, schools, and landowners—to expand Greater Manchester's tree canopy and restore woodlands and green spaces.
