We have special competences within: (i) real estate, (ii) energy, (iii) intellectual property rights, (iv) corporate/M&A and (v) dispute resolution. CLEMENS Law Firm also offers advice within private law, hereunder family law, wills and insurance- and compensation law. We are focused on providing advice, which is of very high quality, business focused and pragmatic. We choose our employees and lawyers with great care and continuously educate and train them, so we can serve our clients in the best possible way. Our culture is open-minded, non-hierarchical and we encourage our employees to share ideas and be innovative. We advise both foreign and Danish clients and we advise all sizes of companies. Within our special competences we advise some of the largest companies in Denmark. We are around 65 employees and approximately 30 of us are lawyers.
