Climate Law and Policy (CLP) is a women-owned and run international advisory organisation established in 2013 that seeks to provide strategic legal and policy solutions to accelerate the transition to a net zero, climate resilient future. We do this by delivering fit-for-purpose, tailored, and strategic climate related legal and policy advice to governments, multilateral organisations, non-governmental organisations, and private corporations. In addition, CLP is a globally recognised specialist in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) safeguards for climate change policy and programmatic interventions, with niche expertise in REDD+. Our core team of legal and policy specialists works with a vetted network of international, regional, and local experts in developing countries to support CLP’s culturally appropriate engagement. Our global skills pool means we have the right mix of international and local experience, sector knowledge, and specialist skills to provide high-quality, cost-effective services.
