Our mission is to remove transportation barriers, fostering independence and connection within the community. We achieve this through a unique human-powered dispatch model, partnering with families, nonprofits, and agencies to deliver customized ride programs – from single medical appointments to ongoing support for the unhoused. With over a million trips facilitated in the past eight years and a dedicated team of 7, Common Courtesy is a lifeline for countless individuals.

We specialize in door-to-door local transportation for older adults, supporting individuals with low incomes seeking employment, providing access to medical services, and offering transportation for Veterans. Our commitment extends to operating throughout the United States, with a Government SAM Certified and Healthcare Accounts Payable Verified approach.

Common Courtesy leverages partnerships with Uber and Lyft, utilizing our experienced dispatchers to provide a personalized and responsive service. We are proud to serve over 6,000 active riders daily, supported by 32 community partners, and continually strive to expand our reach and impact. We are a not-for-profit, section 501(c)(3).
