Community Partnerships, Inc.

Community Partnerships, Inc is a nonprofit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina, dedicated to building inclusive communities that embrace the inherent potential of every individual.

We provide direct services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, adults with brain injuries, and adults with mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders. Our team of experienced therapists, job coaches, and case managers work in partnership with individuals, their families, and other community members to design and deliver personalized support services.

Community Partnerships, Inc. impacts the lives of nearly 1,400 people annually across Wake, Durham, Forsyth, Mecklenburg, and Pitt Counties, fostering independence, employment opportunities, and full community engagement. We are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all.

Since 1984, we have been a trusted resource, offering programs such as Tailored Care Management, Brain Injury Support Services, and Supported Employment, all designed to empower individuals and strengthen our communities.
