Constructicon will guarantee the adoption and consequent transfer of ownership of any drainage scheme (all in accordance with the Water Industry Act section 104 and 185) or the adoption of a private street or development to the appropriate council ensuring that all subsequent maintenance has been transferred from the client (All in accordance with section 38 Agreement of the Highways Act).
