Converted is a leading UK digital marketing agency with a passion for conversion optimisation testing and performance improvement planning. Converted was the brainchild of Shane our Managing Director, the first person in the world to pass the Google AdWords Professional marketing certification, way back in 2004 when it was first launched.  Converted was born out of two of his professional passions. Paid Search and Conversion Rate Optimisation. His vision was to create an environment where testing was normal and a group of experienced paid search, design and project specialists could work together towards a common goal.
