Cooperage Brewing Company, a Santa Rosa-based craft brewery, is dedicated to creating innovative and flavorful small-batch beers for the local community and beyond. Located in two distinct locations – Downtown Santa Rosa and Airway Court – we offer a diverse range of styles, from crisp Pilsners and IPAs to rich Stouts and experimental seltzers. Founded in 2015 by Tyler Smith, Cooperage Brewing began as a passion project in a garage, evolving into a celebrated brewery known for its commitment to quality and experimentation. We’re proud to be a hub for creativity, community, and exceptional beer, continually pushing the boundaries of craft brewing while honoring time-honored traditions. Our flexible brewing system allows us to explore new recipes and continuously refine our core lineup, focusing on small batches that give us the freedom to experiment with various hop varieties, malts, and other ingredients, while keeping quality at the forefront.
