Core Pilates is Anchorage’s leading provider of specialized Pilates instruction, offering a comprehensive range of classes and private sessions. Located in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska, we cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. We specialize in the STOTT PILATES method, a contemporary approach to Pilates that emphasizes toning, flexibility, alignment, and strength building. Our goal is to help you move with confidence and achieve your fitness goals. We also integrate the SOMA Pilates Method, focusing on anatomy, biomechanics, and nervous system awareness to provide a truly holistic approach to movement.

At Core Pilates, we provide a full spectrum of 40+ Pilates group classes per week, including Reformer, Tower, Pilates Circuit, Barre Pilates, Matwork, Jumpboard, TRX, Restorative, and more. We also offer one-on-one private, or semi-private (duet) sessions tailored to your individual needs.
