COSMOTE Payments

COSMOTE Payments, a 100% subsidiary of OTE S.A., came into existence as an e-money institution licensed by the Bank of Greece in 2020. Being a new fintech, our goal is to design and provide new innovative products to consumers and companies while operating in a startup-like environment. We aim to become the digital provider of everyday life use cases that creates new lasting trends in the way people and business interact financially. We started off by developing and delivering acquiring, processing, and settlement services for card payments (in short card acquiring services). Card acquiring services are currently offered to OTE Group of Companies both for online and retail stores enabling the latter to accept payments from their end customers via payment cards. Now we' re working on building an innovative digital eMoney offering that enables us to fulfil our vision of becoming “the digital provider of everyday life use cases”.
