COTUR has an operational team of more than 100 people. In addition to its headquarters and Customer Service Centre in the capital, Maputo, it maintains Customer Service Centres in the northern and central regions. At Maputo International Airport, it operates a dedicated help-desk counter and its own VIP lounge for clients, just a few metres from the boarding gates.
