WHO WE ARE Coughlin Porter Lundeen is a civil and structural engineering firm founded in Seattle with offices in the Pacific and Inland Northwest. We partner with clients across markets to bring unique project visions to life. We were founded with the goal of exceeding the standards and services of typical engineering firms, and today, more than twenty-five years later, that vision continues to guide all we do. It means understanding a project’s big picture and employing a comprehensive vision to lead and manage coordination among design partners and contractors. It means streamlining the process.
