We specialize in the complexity that rehabilitation, state-of-good-repair, and technology programs create: the interfaces between legacy systems and new technology, between operating infrastructure and active construction, and between agency requirements and contractor delivery. Our team has worked inside agencies and alongside the contractors, A&E firms, and technology vendors who build for them, on both coasts, across multiple delivery methods, and on some of the most technically demanding programs in the country.
